Purpose of the site
The site presents the services and technologies CSL offers on lease, explains how the process works, and lets visitors send inquiries, request simulations and use the whistleblower channel.
Access and use
Access is free. Visitors agree to use the site in good faith, in line with the law and these texts, and not to damage, overload or disrupt it or try to gain unauthorized access to its systems.
Nature of the information
The content of the site is informational. It is not a binding offer, financial, legal, tax or investment advice, or a promise of results. Equipment specifications, payments, terms and other conditions are defined in the assessment of each project and bind the parties only once they sign the lease contract. Environmental impact figures, such as avoided CO₂, are estimates or projections and depend on how each piece of equipment is operated. Some images are for reference only.
Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, images, logos, trademarks and designs on the site belong to CSL or to third parties who authorized their use, and are protected by Chilean Law No. 17,336 on Intellectual Property and Law No. 19,039 on Industrial Property. You may view the site and share its links. Copying, modifying, distributing or using its content for commercial purposes without CSL’s written authorization is not allowed. The names and logos of partners and customers belong to their owners and are shown for information only.
Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party pages, such as news media and social networks. CSL does not control their content, availability or privacy policies and is not responsible for them.
Liability
CSL works to keep the information correct and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site is always available. To the extent the law allows, CSL is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or for decisions made solely on its information.

Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Disputes will be submitted to the ordinary courts of justice of Santiago, without prejudice to the rights that the law grants to individuals and that cannot be waived.
