Welcome to the website of Climate Smart Leasing (“CSL”). These terms govern the use of climatesmartleasing.com. By browsing the site or using its forms, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What the site offers
CSL offers leasing of clean technologies and circular-economy equipment to businesses in Chile. The site provides information on those technologies, the leasing process and carbon credits, and receives commercial inquiries.
Using the site
- Use the site in good faith and only for lawful purposes.
- Do not try to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data, or to alter or overload the site.
- Do not send false or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Provide truthful data in the forms, either your own or that of a person who authorized you to share it.
Information, simulations and quotes
The information on the site is for reference. Simulations, such as the electric truck simulation, and quotes are not a binding offer. Terms, the payment in UF, the purchase option, maintenance and other conditions are defined after the technical and financial assessment of each project, and bind the parties only once they sign the lease contract.
No advice
The content is not financial, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Each company must do its own analysis and consult its advisers before signing.
Environmental impact and carbon credits
Figures for emission reductions and avoided CO₂ are estimates or projections. Actual results depend on each piece of equipment and how it is used. The certification and sale of carbon credits are governed by the standard and the contract that apply to each project.
Forms and whistleblower channel
The contact and simulation forms go to CSL’s commercial team. The whistleblower channel is confidential and follows the conditions stated on its page; it uses no cookies and no analytics.
Intellectual property
The content of the site belongs to CSL or to third parties who authorized its use. It may not be copied, modified or used for commercial purposes without written authorization. Details are in the Legal Notice.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to third-party pages and uses Google Analytics to measure visits, only with your permission (see the Cookie Policy). CSL does not control those services and is not responsible for them.
Availability and liability
CSL does not guarantee that the site will work without interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, CSL is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made solely on the information on the site. This does not limit rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes
CSL may modify these terms. The version published on this site applies from its publication.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Disputes will be submitted to the ordinary courts of justice of Santiago, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights that the law grants to individuals.
