Climate Smart Leasing arrives in Magallanes: turning waste into value, backed by Cehta Capital

Punta Arenas.— Climate Smart Leasing, part of the Cehta Capital fund (Chile’s first circular-economy fund), presented solutions in Magallanes to accelerate the circular transition: closed-loop gasification to recover landfills and generate thermal and electric energy, and electrocoagulation to clean water at large scale.

With a turnkey operating-lease model, payment by volume and no upfront CAPEX, Juan Pablo González Jaramillo announced upcoming plants in the region. Guido Rietta highlighted the technological and investment backing to deploy these solutions.

Magallanes is moving toward fewer landfills, more energy and cleaner production processes. The forestry and fishing industries and municipalities are invited to join.
